Crested Butte - Teller

Community Banks of Colorado, Crested Butte Branch has an opening for a Teller .

The qualified candidate will be responsible for performing a combination of responsibilities, including handling routine financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, advances, payments, etc. Additionally, retail responsibilities include referring bank products to new or established customers, performing all levels of customer maintenance, opening new accounts and completing general branch operations' duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and to perform tasks with accuracy.
• Solid knowledge of Jack Henry and banking policies and regulations.
• Solid ten (10) key calculator and computer skills.
• Ability to keep information confidential and to remain calm under stressful situations.
• Basic accounting knowledge, i.e., understanding debits and credits.
• Two (2) years banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Branch Manager - Cripple Creek

Community Banks of Colorado, Cripple Creek Branch currently has a full time position opening for a Branch Manager.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations of the branch office (including facilities management and security), creating a favorable banking environment within the branch and generating profits for the bank by demonstrating effective management, leadership and business development skills. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, supervising branch employees, marketing branch services, preparation of management reports; sell and cross sell bank services and solicit new accounts.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Minimum five (5) years banking experience in all types of loans in addition to prior management experience/training, college degree or work experience equivalent preferred.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Solid knowledge of banking policies and regulations and compliance issues.
4. Solid ability to be a good listener, a quick learner and a team player.
5. Solid organizational, decision making and business development skills.
6. Basic knowledge of computers, standard office software and the internet.
